2664 Wells Installed In 2011
The second volunteer team returned home at the end of October with over 2500 shallow wells installed by the first and second teams in 6 weeks. The total by the end of the year was 2664 wells.  This is truely a miracle come true with the challenges we faced in Africa, including severe fuel shortages.    Read More

MMM's 2011 Shallow Well cost is $400
 The cost of a Shallow Well is $400.00. We are able to provide a well at this price because of the significant contributions made by the villagers. The villagers do what they can; making the brick and providing the sand, stone and unskilled labor. Marion Medical Mission provides only what they can’t; the cement, pipe, the pump and skilled African labor.    Read More
