| Biography: Mr. Wellah was born Nov. 30th, 1981 and grew up in the Njombe District. He is not married. As a child, he liked playing all kinds of games, but not swimming. He has always respected everyone in the community because he grew up with a very common life. He graduated from Njombe Secondary School in 2000 with O Level; Kigonsera High School in 2003 with A Level and then from University of Dar-Es-Salaam in 2008. After completing his university degree, he worked as a secondary school teacher at Breakthrough High School in Dar-es-Salaam. |

| Statement of Faith: "I am Christian in belief and I do believe Jesus as my Lord and savior. I will forever serve him." Why I work with MMM: I work with MMM because I want to help my people to access safe and clean water, especially rural people wor are living in vulnerable environment in health arena. So is my desire to help my people with love and with whole heart. |

Personal Achievements: The community I work with is fully involved as it knows the importance of safe and clean water. The community is trying its level best to ensure the MMM vision is achieved and their problems concerning water are solved. I, as a F.O., have been achieving very much because I work with the people of my own culture. |

| What is the impact of the Shallow Well
Program? The program has very great impact in the community, because with the program, the number of people who are suffering from water borne diseases is decreasing, so if the program will continue the people's health problem will be minimized and community will be more secured. |

What is the Future of the Shallow Well Program and why is your support so important? The future of the program is well determinable and the program will be achieving its goals year to year and it will keep on supporting people to access safe and clean water. In relation to this number of dying people from water borne disease will be decreasing year to year. |
