Statement of Faith:

All those appreciating what this program is doing for the needy should continue praying for MMM President Tom Logan, the Board of Directors, donors, Field Officers, and the Shallow Well workers.

Why I work with MMM:

Because MMM is an ecumenical Christian, faith-based organization working in partnership with CCAP Synod of Zambia. This program reaches out to the most needy people in the remotest rural villages of Zambia, providing them with the essential commodity of protected, safe, clean drinking water with the love of Jesus Christ. MMM has the love and care with passion and the compassion for its workers.

Community Involvement & Personal Achievements as a Field Officer:

In 2008, managed to sensitize the communities in the four chiefdoms and formed four new Zones and I managed to construct 44 shallow wells in Chipata Zambia.

What is the impact of the Shallow Well Program?

The provision of clean and safe water has multiple impacts in the communities.

  • Safe water will save the community from getting the diseases transmitted through drinking unsafe water such as typhoid, diarrhea, cholera etc.
  • On the other hand, the reduced cases of the diseases reduce the costs that could be incurred by the caring bodies – hospitals, relatives etc.
  • The healthy community will be productive, take care of their families and relatives and uplift the economic status of their countries.
Why is the Shallow Well Program Successful

Due to the fact that MMM and the donors are committed to the program. Also because the commitment and cooperation and hard work of the Field Officers and Field staff.

What is the Future of the Shallow Well Program and why is your support so important?

To reach out and increase the provision and access to protected safe clean water to all the needy communities. To increase sustainability through community participation and cooperation.
