Biography: Mr. Chsiza was
born in 1984 and joined MMM as a field officer in 2009. He is married to Corrider
Nyirenda and they have 2 children, Gaynor born in 2005 and Ungwelu born in 2007. He grew
up in Rumphi, Malawi and was raised in a Roman Catholic family. As a child he was
adventurous and like to play football (soccer) He has a degree in environmental health from the University of Malawi (Malawi Polytechnic). From 2006 to 2008 he was a mathematics teacher at Kaphuka secondary school. |

| What is the impact of the Shallow Well
Program? Apart from providing safe and clean water, diseases directly related to unsafe water which would affect the public have been reduced, i.e. diarrhoea. |

Program successful? The shallow well program proves successful not only because of good leadership and teamwork, spirit of coordinator and field offices but also the donors are continuously stretching a financial hand. |
